Stretch yourself towards emotional bravery.

Live Well Love Well courses are hosted through the online course platform, Teachable. When you enroll in the course you will participate at your own pace through a personalized Teachable portal inclusive of course resources, guidance, and one-on-one mentoring.

Course No. 1: Healthy Relationships

Do you want to have a better understanding of the "why" behind the "what" in the dynamics of relationships? Do you want to clarify and validate your inner voice? Do you strive for an increased sense of emotional self-care? Do you want to decrease negative self-talk? Do you want to learn strategies to maintain authentic connections in relationships?

Through these 6 lesson plans, these courses go deeper then "how-to" classes, with practical steps along with the foundation of what's driving our behaviors to unlock change from the inside out.  If you allow yourself to stretch in the direction of emotional bravery you will start on a path towards answering these questions (and others) to facilitate a better understanding of yourself, connection and relationships.

Note: Course lessons are an hour in length and include 20 minutes of video content, practical skill development, personal reflection and quizzes to better understand how you're emerging. Access course content 24/7.

Lesson 1: Attachment

Your style of attachment affects everything from your partner selection to how well your relationships progress and, sadly, how they end. That is why recognizing your attachment pattern can help you understand your strengths and vulnerabilities in a relationship. Your attachment pattern is established in early childhood and continues to function as a working model for relationships in adulthood.

It is important to understand how you show up in your relationships and to choose partners with whom you can have healthy connections.

Lesson 2: Stories

Why is it important to understanding your thinking? What lens do you view your stories through? What is abundance versus scarcity and why is it important in your relationships and choices? What ways can you impact and “feed” your thinking?

As you let go of your repetitive stories and fixed ideas about yourself you begin to open into the spaciousness of your true nature, into who you really are beyond the transitory thoughts and emotions.

Lesson 3: Boundaries

What are boundaries? Why are they important? Why is it hard to have healthy boundaries? How can healthy boundaries change your life and relationships?

Do you feel that your happiness is dependent on others? Would you rather attend to others than to yourself? Are you overly sensitive to criticism? Do you get caught up in other people's problems or feel responsible for other people's feelings?

Setting boundaries takes courage to love yourself, even if doing so puts you at risk to disappoint others.

Lesson 4: Vulnerability, Intimacy, and Grief

What is the connection between vulnerability, intimacy, and grief? Why is pain avoidance damaging? Can your heart be insulated from heartbreak? Why is vulnerability so powerful? What stops you from being vulnerable? Why is intimacy so hard? What can you do with your grief? What do you usually do with your grief?

Lesson 5: Acceptance, Letting Go, and Intimacy

What does acceptance and letting go have to do with healthy relationships? What stops yourself from letting go? Being honest with yourself? Self-betrayal?

What is the Power of Acceptance and how can you use it to move through fear, while allowing yourself to use your energy more wisely?

Lesson 6: Overview

What have you learned? How do these puzzle pieces fit together? How do they answer your need to give and receive love more fully?

This is the beginning of your journey. Awareness is a great first step, but know that this is a process–an invitation to try some things differently

Removing barriers to love yourself by addressing the topics covered in this course is an excellent start towards a better understanding of yourself.
